How Long Will Shipping Take?

The processing time for orders is 2-5 business days. Once the courier is already done loading your package on the plane, delivery time within the United States is approximately 12-25, and 15-25 days internationally. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

Rest Of The World - It takes a bit longer for the rest of the world because it takes time to ship the items outside of US.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We are able to ship all areas worldwide EXCEPT for: Cuba and most parts of Africa(we ONLY ship to South Africa).



I have a discount code, where do I put it?

At the checkout page. On mobile - find the discount box by clicking on the "Show order summary" button.


Can I trust this website for payment?

We are committed to ensure 100% purchase protection for your shopping done on our website. It is secured by Norton, McAfee, and SSL encryption technology. You can benefit from a safe and secure online ordering experience. You can see some customer feedbacks on the bottom of each product.


How can I pay?

All international credit/debit cards accepted. Payments for My Trendify are made & Secured by PayPal, but you DO NOT need to own a PayPal account or register for PayPal to pay your item. You may enter your credit card's data directly into the PayPal and complete your payment.

Are the FREE products really free?

Yes, it is absolutely 100% real. We offer FREE promotions for a variety of reasons. We may be looking to sell out of a product to make room for new products. All we ask for our FREE promotions is that you help pay the shipping costs. To get shipping amount, please fill in your address in the checkout page.


How do I receive multiple item order?

In order to expedite delivery of your order, we may ship items at different times from different shipping centers. Our goal is to get you your order as fast as possible!


Where do you ship the items from?

We have many customers worldwide, and we want to deliver the item as soon as we can. We ship our products from various of our supplier from different channels worldwide, to easily deliver the item to you. Right now we have 2 fulfillment center in HongKong and Mainland China.


What if I don't receive my item? Do you guarantee delivery?

We 100% guarantee delivery of every item! If you do not receive your order within the delivery window, simply contact us at adminsupport@mytrendify.com and we will get you taken care of!


What should I do if the received item is damage?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to adminsupport@mytrendify.com.


Can I get a replacement for the damaged item?

Yes, within 45 days of placing an order. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.


How Did I know that my order is successful?

Once the payment completed, you will receive an order confirmation email, if not, please re-check in your “spam folder”.

Note: If you receive an email for your payment confirmation, do not panic. As your order is marked high risk due to a potential unauthorized payment, all we need is a confirmation email regarding your payment.


I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us within 12 hours, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.


How to change or cancel my orders?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at; adminsupport@mytrendify.com within 12 hours after receiving your order confirmation. If your order status is shipped, we cannot change or cancel it.


Where can I see feedbacks?

You can read them mostly at the bottom of each product, BUT some products are new, so maybe you will be the first to send a review or feedback. And we give some surprises to the first one to review.
